Razoring your horses face can dramatically enhance the overall finish to your show horse by making a smoother appearance. Our blades are made from high quality Swiss blade, this makes them ideal for removing hair on muzzles, ears and tails.
Before razoring each area of your horse, take a clean warm washcloth, place the cloth over the top of area you razor first and hold it there a minute. The warmth of the warm water will help to prepare the skin and hair for razoring and will help you do a neater job. Then carefully move the razor over the area using light but even pressure.
Good quality razors will give your horse a clear shave, and there will be less nicking.
